The staff were cute and helpful each day with directions. i appreciated the sauna. I used it every day, and it was very relaxing. breakfast had delicious choices. It was clean and organized. i found the entire stay comfortable.

Prior to my arrival, contact with the hotel was easy, I learned I could likely check in early! I found the staff very friendly upon arrival and the design of my room excellent. I walked around taking photos as the room was so super clean and beautiful. As I had some health issues, the staff were understanding, I felt they provided amazing customer service.

The breakfast had a big range of options. The option to request a breakfast box to take away was useful. The location was a little far from attractions though it was in a very nice quiet area.
The floor of the room was abit sandy somehow! The sheets where my daughter had spilt smoothie on was not replaced. Some of the reception staff are EXTREMELY rude.
